I publish 'the type of info that'd normally be in a newsletter' at 'Notes'… for which free email and rss updates (brief title/teaser/link notifications of 'new stuff available on site') are available.

And don't forget Twitter, for loose and free-rolling conversational stuff.
Currently, I'm not actively using Twitter… but this is temporary.
